At Lord Leather Care, we want you to be happy with our products. If you’re not happy; we aren’t happy. That’s why we offer a 100% money-back guarantee for products that are returned within six (6) months of the original purchase date.
To complete your return, please send the following information to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Proof of purchase that identifies the date of purchase and forum - i.e. www.lordleathercare.com or Amazon.com
- Reason for return
We will need this information to issue a proper refund through the appropriate forum. Please make sure this information is also placed in the box with the returned item.

Note: Because we offer free shipping on our products, we DO NOT refund any return shipping costs.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then begin to process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow 10-14 business days for all returns and understand that returns may be issued faster or slower depending on the original method of payment.
We do not offer returns on items that are marked as gifts and shipped directly to you. Credit will be issued to the original purchaser ONLY.
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately. If possible, please send photographs of the packaging and bottle itself.
We are not responsible for items that are shipped to our store but are not received. If you ship an item that is not received, we will require tracking information prior to evaluating your refund. Please understand that we have no control over the Postal Service, Fed Ex, UPS, etc.
